Our office is located at 7779 E. 106th Street. We are on the west side of Memorial on
106th Street (the street sign is red). The office park is Avalon Park on Memorial.

Office Hours
Our regularly scheduled office hours are from 8:15am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
During the peak months of sickness, Dr. Raley and Staff will often stay late to see all the patients,
but please make an effort to call before the phones are turned to the answering service at 5:00 pm.
During the slower months, Dr. Raley takes Thursday afternoons off. On Thursday, please call in the
morning to schedule an appointment for that day.
During the peak months of sickness in fall and winter, a Saturday clinic will be made available
as necessary.
After Hours Contact Information
Patients may also be seen during after hours at the St. Francis Children’s Hospital
Urgent Care Clinic. Call to make an appointment 918-494-2553. The phone is answered starting
at 6:00 pm.
Dr. Raley is always available by pager by dialing our main number 398-7170.
Dr. Raley takes two vacations a year during non peak sickness time. During those times, a
doctor will be filling in for him at his office. The nursing and administrative staff will be
available during those times to continue to provide you with service you are accustom to.
Dr. Raley has access to all patient files while on vacation and checks them daily.
