Billing Policies

We require payment of co pays at the time of service for each child that is being examined on that day.

For deductible plans, we require 90% of the visit charge to be paid at the time of the visit until your deductible is met.

For cash paying patients, we require the full amount of the visit to be paid at the time of the visit.

For patients without an insurance card on file, we require that 50% of the visit be paid at the time of service. Once we receive copy of the insurance card the amount paid minus the co pay amount will be refunded.

For patients that no show an appointment a fee of $20.00 will be added to your account.

For patients that have returned checks a fee of $20.00 will be added to your account, along with the new outstanding balance.
